Careers at IntelliCube Technologies

Build the platform that bringsintelligence and governance to delivery.

IntelliCube Technologies builds EPIP, the Enterprise Project Intelligence Platform. We're expanding the team behind it and seeking experienced professionals in Product, Design, and Engineering to help shape what comes next.

Why join

A real product, a category to define.

In production

A platform already live.

EPIP is a working system used to run real, complex engagements — not a concept or a roadmap. You would build on something proven, with users who depend on it.

Category-defining

Intelligence and governance.

Most project software stores what teams enter. EPIP reasons over it and proves its conclusions. We're establishing the standard this market has lacked.

Ownership

Scope and impact.

These are senior roles with genuine responsibility for the product, the craft, and the outcome — the level of influence more often found early in a company's growth than later.

Open positions

We're hiring selectively for a small number of senior roles. Each is remote and full-time.

Product & delivery domain

Product Lead

Full-time · Remote
Apply →

We're seeking an experienced product leader with a deep background in project and programme delivery — as a project manager, PMO leader, or delivery consultant. You'll own the direction of the platform, translating hard-won delivery expertise into capabilities that professionals trust and rely on.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap end to end, across planning, governance, risk, and reporting.
  • Translate real delivery practice (RAID, change control, EVM, sign-off) into well-scoped capabilities.
  • Lead engagement with design partners and convert their input into a clear product direction.
  • Define, in practical terms, what "governed and provable" means across the platform.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in PMO or project delivery on complex, contract-driven work.
  • Fluency in scope, schedule, cost, risk, and audit governance.
  • Strong product judgement — the ability to prioritise rigorously and scope decisively.
  • Comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

Design & user experience

Senior Product Designer

Full-time · Remote
Apply →

EPIP presents dense, high-stakes information — plans, risks, budgets, and evidence — and it must remain clear, calm, and trustworthy throughout. We're seeking a senior product designer to own that experience: an enterprise command centre that programme leaders open daily and depend upon.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end experience, from onboarding to the executive dashboards leaders rely on.
  • Design dense, data-intensive interfaces that stay clear, scannable, and composed.
  • Establish and maintain the design system, interaction patterns, and visual language.
  • Make evidence and confidence — the platform's core differentiators — intuitive to read.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of complex, information-dense product work; enterprise or B2B preferred.
  • Equal strength in systems thinking and detailed visual craft.
  • Ability to contribute to front-end implementation where appropriate.
  • A record of owning a product's overall experience, not isolated screens.

Engineering

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Full-time · Remote
Apply →

We're seeking a senior engineer to build the core of the platform — a production system that reasons over complex project data and cites its sources. This is substantive applied-AI work: retrieval, grounding, and the discipline of ensuring the system states what it does not know rather than guessing.

Responsibilities

  • Build across the stack — API, data model, retrieval and vector memory, and the interfaces that surface them.
  • Own the AI layer: grounding, citations, confidence scoring, and anti-hallucination safeguards.
  • Ship to production continuously and keep a real system reliable as it scales.
  • Deliver capabilities quickly, then harden them to enterprise standards.

Requirements

  • A strong full-stack engineer able to own a feature from schema to interface.
  • Practical experience with modern AI/LLM application patterns (RAG, embeddings, evaluation).
  • Pragmatic delivery combined with a serious commitment to correctness and data integrity.
  • Effectiveness with autonomy in a small, high-trust engineering team.

Operations & administration

Administrative Assistant

Full-time · Remote
Apply →

We're seeking an organised, dependable administrative assistant to keep the team's day-to-day running smoothly as the company grows. You'll be the person who keeps schedules, correspondence, and records in order — creating the calm, well-organised foundation a small team needs to move quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups across the team.
  • Handle correspondence and inbox triage, and keep communications timely and organised.
  • Organise documents, records, and files so nothing gets lost.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and general operational logistics.

Requirements

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
  • Discretion and reliability with confidential information.
  • Comfort with everyday tools — email, documents, and scheduling.
  • Self-directed and dependable in a remote setting; prior admin or EA experience a plus.

Growth & marketing

Marketing Lead

Full-time · Remote
Apply →

We're seeking a marketing leader to build our marketing function from the ground up — the brand, the story, and the channels that put EPIP in front of the PMOs, consultancies, and enterprise teams who need it. You'll own how the world hears about the platform, from positioning to content to early demand.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging — a clear, consistent story across every channel.
  • Build the content and social presence that earns trust with a technical, senior audience.
  • Run early demand-generation and campaigns that feed the pilot and early-access pipeline.
  • Shape and steward the brand as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B or enterprise-software marketing experience, ideally with a technical product.
  • Excellent writing and a sharp instinct for positioning and story.
  • Comfort owning a function solo early and building it out over time.
  • Data-driven, self-directed, and effective in a small remote team; PM/delivery-space familiarity a plus.

About the opportunity

Early-stage, with a product already in production.

IntelliCube Technologies is an early-stage company with a live platform. These are senior positions offering competitive compensation and equity, together with a degree of ownership and influence that is uncommon at larger, more established organisations.

We build deliberately and hire selectively. We'd rather bring on a small number of exceptional people than grow quickly, and we hold a high bar for both craft and judgement.
